What is MÖRK ORG?

Fans of grim humour and workplace satire can rejoice in heading into a surreal, horror-infused office setting. MÖRK ORG, using the popular RPG MÖRK BORG system, offers players a unique mix of dark comedy and horror, set within the confines of a bureaucratic nightmare. We're being prepared to love corporate drudgery – think "endless meetings, beast-possessed photocopiers and the mandatory reading of 200 page binders from Human Resources" but with supernatural goings-on – namely, the werewolf in the lunchroom, or worse (or better?). 

Who made MÖRK ORG?

MÖRK ORG is created by CM Lowry, who you may recognise either as the name behind Beyond Cataclysm Books, or perhaps as a contributor for Tabletop Gaming magazine. He's written the likes of Tyrannosaur Inside, and FOUR BORG, as well as books like ISBN Coffee. He's joined by Guilherme Gontijo who provides the artwork, and a wealth of contributors (see below).  Lowry said of it: 

"We've actually been working on it for three years—I first spoke to Johan Nohr [MÖRK BORG creator] about the idea back in 2022—but we wanted to make sure we did it really well. There's a lot of brilliant BORG hacks out there, but there's a really high bar for art, writing and layout. I'm confident we're going to hit that; it's great to be working on a big project with my friend Guilherme Gontijo, one of Brazil's worst kept secrets.

MÖRK ORG celebrates everything we hate about work. In fact, that's the real horror in the game; the joke is that whilst your co-worker is immolated at the desk next to you and there's werewolves feasting in the break room, the thing that's more terrifying than anything else is capitalism."
