Feuerland Spiele’s acclaimed strategy game in development by Digidiced
You want one of the best strategy games of all time in your pocket? You got it!
German developer Digidiced – the studio behind iOS and Android versions of Agricola: All Creatures Big & Small, Le Havre: The Inland Port and Patchwork – has revealed that it is currently working on a mobile version of Terra Mystica.
The announcement tweet stuck to the ‘tease’ side of things, simply confirming that the digital edition of Feuerland Spiele’s critically acclaimed title (which currently sits at number four in the BGG rankings) would be due out in the first quarter of next year.
As a quick reminder, Terra Mystica sees up to five players developing one of 14 fantasy races, from witches and mermaids to giants and nomads, gathering resources to construct new buildings, upgrade their skills and spread out across the various environments of the world.
With games taking up to three hours to finish, being able to play Terra Mystica on the go is a very welcome proposition – given that you don’t get so engrossed you miss your train, that is.
