Bellatrix Lestrange becomes the first Death Eater to join the Harry Potter Miniatures Game

Everybody breathe a sigh of relief: the best character from Harry Potter is in Knight Models’ upcoming miniature game spin-off.

That’s right, Bellatrix Lestrange, portrayed with delightful evil glee by Helena Bonham Carter in the film series, has been revealed for the Harry Potter Miniatures Game.

Knight Models posted an image of the Death Eater to its Instagram page, offering little more than confirmation that the figure would be in the 35mm scale adopted by the title.

Lestrange is the first evil character unveiled for the game, joining the first good auror, Mad Eye Moody, who was revealed earlier this month.

As with Mad Eye’s model, Lestrange appears to be based on Bonham Carter’s look in the movies, with masses of curly hair and her wand in hand. (12¾-inch, walnut with dragon heartstring, if you must ask.)

The Harry Potter Miniatures Game is out later this year.
