Pro-Bending Arena is first in number of tabletop games from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles publisher IDW

The Legend of Korra, the acclaimed sequel to similarly beloved cartoon series Avatar: The Last Airbender, is getting a new board game spin-off inspired by fantastical sport pro-bending.

The Legend of Korra: Pro-Bending Arena will focus on the first-season showdown between the Fire Ferrets and the Wolfbats, splitting four players into teams of two as they build up their side’s deck of cards and place elemental tokens around the pitch, trying to knock their opponents out of the ring or advance furthest across the playing field.

It’s been designed by Akrotiri and The Godfather: A New Don creator Sen-Foong Lim and Pocket Adventure author Jessey Wright, and is said to be just the first in a planned series of tabletop games from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shadows of the Past publisher IDW.
