Cool Mini or Not has continued to bulk up its roster of talented tabletop artists with the hiring of veteran illustrator Adrian Smith.
Smith has worked as an artist for more than three decades, including significant contributions to Games Workshop’s Warhammer 40,000 universe and various Magic: The Gathering cards.
More recently, he drew the titular barbarian in Monolith’s Conan adaptation and has worked on numerous big projects from CMON, including Blood Rage, Zombicide, The Others and current Kickstarter success story Rising Sun.
Outside of the tabletop, Smith has worked on video games such as Warhammer 40,000 spin-off Space Marine, Heroes of Might and Magic V and Dungeon Hunter, as well as creating his own graphic novel, Hate.
Smith will take up the mantle of lead artist, working alongside fellow recent acquisition and former CMON part-timer Stefan Kopinski, who joined earlier this month as senior artist.
Among the projects Smith is said to currently be working on is Rising Sun, plus a tabletop adaptation of Hate.
