Have you ever wanted to create an Aquarium? Maybe it's a dream you didn't even know you had. Well, this board games sees you building one, visiting fairs to buy more fish, advertising to bring in the best people, and utilising the one employee who can put the fish in tanks (!) to create the best aquarium you can. It's for between 1-4 players the images make it look gorgeous

GRANNY (for MÖRK BORG)

With a delightful subtitle explanation of "A passive-aggressive spirit of damnable holiday grievance for MÖRK BORG." Indeed, it's based on a dream about a passive-aggressive, Southern Gothic Grandma who bullies everyone about insufficient Christmas decorating until they cried. Based on the MÖRK BORG system, we have to ask, what's not to love?

Harry Potter: Catch the Snitch

Did you know, that the Snitch is based on the Golden Snidget, a creature where an award of 150 Galleons was offered for its capture - leading to the creation of the snitch, with 150 points for its successful capture. If you found that interesting, you might find yourself drawn into a game of Quidditch, where Knight Games are there to save the day! Containing a board game pitch, and four full Hogwarts House teams, this offers us a chance to play what Ron called "the best sport in the world!"

Hibachi

Throw the egg, grab the pepper! You'll throw chips on the board and try to knock others off, but you'll need to use as much strategy as possible to collect the ingredients you need before someone does the same to you. It's based on a game called Safranito from 2010.

Tales of Alethrion

This 2-4 player adventure board game takes place in a 2D animated fantasy web series, where you can follow along with characters from the YouTube series Tales of Alethrion. You'll control a party of heroes heading towards the X on the map, but will need to grow your XP as you go - for an ultimate face off in a final battle, where last hero standing wins!

Questlings

This is two in one, a children's book series, and an RPG adventure. The first features the book "So you want to be a Paladin", with another version for a Mage in progress, and four additional stories planned, great for ages 4-7. The second is for ages 8+ with an adult as GM, where players have two characters, the kid form and the inner hero, and they'll have to achieve their goals as they proceed.

Asunder: A Dark Fantasy RPG

SquareOne: the Board Game Console

We like to end with an accessory (or two!) and this perhaps counts as one of the biggest. Move aside PS5 and Xbox, the board game console is here. This is an interesting meld, where you'll have sound and visual effects on the board to support the physical interactions of a board game.
