We've compiled a list of FAQs to help you plan your visit to the show.

| OPENING TIMES |
Saturday 9.00am-6.00pm. At 6pm the publishers and trade area will close but the open-gaming area and bar will remain open until midnight. Sunday 10.00am-4.30pm. |
| GETTING THERE |
TRAM Located less than a 2 minute walk from the new Wharfside tram stop on the Trafford Park Line (Red line). Trams operate every 12 minutes. Click here to visit the Metrolink website. TRAIN Manchester Victoria and Salford Crescent provide the closet access to the venue (it costs between £5-£7 to travel by taxi from Manchester Victoria to the venue). Manchester Piccadilly is 3 miles away. Manchester Oxford Road is less than 2.5 miles from the venue and is on the same train line as Manchester Piccadilly. CAR Car Parking is available nearby. The postcode for the venue is: M17 1AB. AIR Manchester Airport is less than 10 miles away. BUS There are a number of major bus routes nearby. Click here to access the TGM website. |
| DRIVING? | A number of car parks are located very close to the venue. |

| FOOD AND DINING |
Pop-up food outlets will be providing you with delicious, freshly made food and a great selection of drinks from within Victoria Warehouse. On top of this, we shall have a fully operated bar. There are also a variety of food services situated around the perimeter of Victoria Warehouse. White City Retail Park is a short (7 minute) walk away which has food outlets. |

| DISABLED ACCESS | There is disabled access around the venue. |
| DISABLED TICKET POLICY | If a visitor has a full-time carer or attendant, free admission may be available for them when an adult ticket is purchased. This concession is only available by applying in advance, with supporting documentation to the Organisers. Please send to: Tabletop Gaming Live, Warners Group Publications, West Street, Bourne, Lincolnshire PE10 9PH or email [email protected] All documents must be received at least 14 days prior to the show. Confirmation of free carer admission will be emailed to you. The email must be printed and presented on arrival at the Day Visitor entrance for verification. Additional Adult ticket/s can be purchased either on arrival or in advance. |
| DOGS | No dogs are permitted apart from official guide/assistance dogs. |
| FIRST AID |
If you require first aid, please contact the medical centre situated outside in the food court area. Or contact one of the Organisers who will contact them for you. |
| NO SMOKING | Victoria Warehouse operates a No Smoking policy including e-cigarettes inside the venue. However designated smoking areas are situated outside. |
